They listened and took care of us through the entire process. "Fantastic to work with"
Jill was fantastic to work with. As trustee for a distressed property with years of hoarding and lurking ne'er-do-wells, within a few days Jill had the place boarded up and her vendors working on getting it into sell-able shape. There were a lot of twists and turns, and Jill kept everything moving forward quickly. I'm sure she'd love for you to give her an easy house to sell, but she can also handle the hard ones! And we sold for over asking.

As first time home buyers, Jill could not have been more patient with all our questions. She was kind and spent hours on the phone with us discussing process or concerns we had over the phone. We never felt like we were just a number, it felt like she cared about our family and what we were trying to find. She was also straight forward with us if she had concerns our budget didn't match the homes we wanted, especially in this extra crazy sellers market. With COVID as a consideration, she was always in her mask and wiping things down. She was absolutely lovely to work with!
